Every part of your account area and what the numbers on it mean.
Everything you have bought, saved or asked about lives in your account area, reached from your picture in the top bar. Dashboard is its front door: it shows every part of that area at once, with a figure on each card, and clicking a card opens that page — so you can read it as a summary or use it as a menu.
The menu holds the Dashboard on its own, then three groups. The dashboard repeats the same three, in the same order, so the two never disagree:
That order follows a purchase from one end to the other. You save and haggle before you buy, you buy before it ships, and your addresses and credit are the settings all of it runs on.
Some cards show a single number, which is simply how many there are — Favourites and Delivery Addresses.
Others show two numbers separated by a slash, and there the left figure is what is waiting on you:
"Unavailable" on the cart card is not a mistake. An item that sold out or was withdrawn while it sat in your cart blocks the whole seller group it belongs to at checkout, so it is the one thing in a cart that actually needs you.
Account Credit shows an amount rather than a count, and Account shows no figure at all — your name is already on the page and in the menu, so a third copy would say nothing.
A red badge means one thing everywhere on Artmire: something is waiting on you. Five places in your account menu can show one.
Every one of those is also counted into the badge on your picture in the top bar, so the avatar can never show a number the menu beneath it does not explain. No red anywhere means nothing needs you.
Deliveries counts reviews owed and nothing else. A parcel still in transit shows no badge — a badge is a job, and there is nothing you can do about a courier.
Opening a shop adds a second menu beside this one, carrying your shop’s picture and name. This one does not change: a seller on Artmire is still a buyer for someone else’s work. If you are ever unsure which side you are looking at, check the menu header — your own name and picture mean the buyer side.
