A tour of your seller dashboard
Every tab in the seller area and what it is for.
Everything you do as a seller lives in one place, reached from the Artmire Shop menu that appears in the top bar next to your account menu. It carries your shop's picture and name, so you can always tell which of the two menus you are in.
Dashboard is the front door. It shows every part of the seller area at once, with a figure on each card, and clicking a card opens that page — so you can read it as a summary or use it as a menu.

How the seller area is laid out
The menu holds the Dashboard on its own, then three groups. The dashboard repeats the same three, in the same order, so the two never disagree:
- Shop — what you set up: Shop Details, Shop Policies, Shop Settings, Shop Vacation Mode, Shipping Profiles and Items.
- Customers — the people you deal with: Offers, Chat Messages and Reviews.
- Sales — what comes out of it: Deliveries and Earnings.
That order is the order to work in when you are new. You cannot ship what you have not listed, and you cannot list well before your shipping and your policies are set.
Reading the figures on the dashboard
Some cards show a single number, which is simply how many there are — shipping profiles, deliveries, invoices.
Others show two numbers separated by a slash, and there the left figure is what is waiting on you:
- Offers — "Awaiting you/total negotiations".
- Chat Messages — "Unread/total conversations".
- Reviews — "Unanswered/total reviews".
Items is the one pair that does not work that way. It reads "Sold/total items in your shop" — the left figure is good news, not a job. Nothing on the Items card is asking you to act.
Three cards carry no figure at all, because what is behind them is a setting rather than a list: Shop Details, Shop Policies and Shop Vacation Mode. Counting them would say nothing.
The red badges
A red badge means one thing everywhere on Artmire: something is waiting on you. Only four places in the seller menu can show one.
- Offers — an offer needs your answer.
- Chat Messages — a buyer has written and you have not read it.
- Reviews — a review of your shop has no reply from you.
- Deliveries — an order is paid for and has no tracking number yet, which means a parcel is waiting to be sent.
Every one of those is also counted into the badge on your avatar in the top bar, so the avatar can never show a number the menu beneath it does not explain. No red anywhere means nothing needs you.
Shop — what you set up
- Shop Details — your shop's name, its web address, and how you introduce yourself. This is what a buyer reads on your shop page.
- Shop Policies — your shipping, returns, cancellations and customs terms. Buyers see them on every item you list, and your shop page cannot be published until all four are written.
- Shop Vacation Mode — one switch that pauses the shop while you are away, without unpublishing anything.
- Shipping Profiles — what you charge to send a piece and where you send it. An item cannot be sold sensibly without one.
- Items — everything you have listed, published or not, and where a new listing starts.

- Offers — buyers proposing their own price, and where you accept, refuse or counter.
- Chat Messages — your conversations with buyers, each attached to an item.
- Reviews — what buyers have written about buying from you, and where you reply. A reply is public and sits under the review.

- Deliveries — one line per paid order, and where you add the tracking number that tells the buyer their parcel is on its way.

Your buyer side has not moved
The seller menu is a second menu, not a replacement. Your account menu is still beside it with your favourites, cart, orders and deliveries — because a seller on Artmire can still be a buyer for another seller's items.
If you are not sure which side of Artmire you are looking at, check the menu header: your own name and picture mean the buyer side, your shop's name and picture mean the seller side.
