Your earnings and invoices

What you are owed, what has been paid, and the paperwork behind it.

An invoice on Artmire is not a bill for you to pay. It is the record of one settlement — what we took in commission, and what we transferred to you — and it is the paperwork behind money that has already moved.

Go to Earnings

The page is two tabs, with a count beside each name: Payouts due and Payouts performed. The tab you leave open is the one you come back to.

Payouts due

The first tab is what you are still owed: one line per delivered parcel that has not been paid for yet, with what the buyer paid, our commission, your share, and the date it becomes payable. The table foots with the totals, and the row count sits underneath it.

A date in orange is payable today. A date in red means we are late. A date in grey has not come round yet — the parcel is still inside its seven-day window, or waiting for your next payment day.

There is nothing to do here and nothing to click. It is a statement of what is coming, not a request you have to make — payouts happen without you asking.

Choosing when you get paid

Payouts performed

The second tab, one line per invoice: the items it settled, the invoice number, the payout receipt number, the two amounts, whether it is Paid, and the dates.

Read the status, not the amounts. Both figures are filled in when the invoice is raised, which is before the money moves — so an amount on the line is not evidence that anything has been transferred. Paid On is the date it actually went.

The payout receipt

The receipt is the settlement in full: your shop and bank details at the top, then one row per parcel — item, price, shipping, total, delivery date, our percentage, what we invoiced and what you were paid — and totals underneath.

It is the same document we read on our side, in your own language, and it is available once the invoice has been paid.

Print on the receipt opens your browser's print dialog, where "Save as PDF" gives you a copy to keep.

The two documents

Download them rather than relying on the link. Each opens through a temporary address that stops working after a while, so a bookmark will not survive. Save both when an invoice appears.

Keeping them

These are the records of what you earned through Artmire, and they are what your own accountant or tax authority will ask for. Artmire calculates and withholds no tax, so what you owe on these amounts is entirely yours to declare.

Nothing on this page needs anything from you. There is no invoice to approve, nothing to sign and no action to take — it is a record, not a task.
