Choosing when you get paid

Three rhythms for your payouts, and what each one means in practice.

You decide how often Artmire pays you. The choice lives in Shop Settings, it applies to every sale from the moment you save it, and you can change it whenever you like.

The seven days come first

Whichever rhythm you pick, no payout is ever made less than seven days after the parcel arrives. That week is a warranty window: a return, a dispute or a damaged parcel almost always surfaces in it, and money already transferred has to be asked back from someone who may have spent it.

So the fastest option is not "immediately". It is seven days — and the other two are that same floor, then a fixed day.

The three choices

Which to choose

Fewer, larger transfers are easier to reconcile against a bank statement and produce less paperwork; more frequent ones put the money in your hands sooner. Nothing about the total differs — the same commission comes off either way, and no option costs you anything.

The monthly option can wait longer than it sounds. A parcel that arrives four days before the first Monday has not served its seven days, so it waits for the month after — up to five weeks.

Seeing what it means for you

Shop Settings shows the consequence of the option you are looking at, in a line beneath the choices: *if a parcel arrived today, you would be paid on…*. It follows whatever you have selected, before you save.

And on your Earnings page, Payouts due gives the real dates: one row per delivered parcel, each with the day it becomes payable.

Changing it later

A change applies to everything not yet paid, not only to future sales. Switch from monthly to weekly and a parcel already waiting is re-timed to the new rhythm.

Nothing you have already been paid for is affected. An invoice that has gone is finished — it is not recalculated, whatever you change afterwards.
