Confirming your email address

Why we ask, and what to do when the email does not arrive.

When you sign up with an email address we send you a confirmation link, and the account is not active until you follow it. One click, and you are done.

Why we ask

It proves the address reaches you — which matters more here than on most sites, because almost everything Artmire tells you afterwards arrives by email: that a payment went through, that a seller has shipped, that your parcel was delivered.

It also stops somebody signing up with an address that is not theirs.

If it has not arrived

Give it a minute, then work through these in order:

Resending sends a NEW link and the earlier one stops working. If you resend twice, only the most recent email is any use — so open the newest one, not the first.

"Email link is invalid or has expired"

This can appear even on what feels like your first click. There are three usual explanations:

In all three cases the fix is the same: get a fresh link with Resend Confirmation Email from the sign-in window, and open it promptly.

Signing up with Google

There is nothing to confirm. Google has already verified the address, so the account is active immediately.

Still nothing

If several fresh links have gone missing, the problem is likely to be at the receiving end — a work address with strict filtering, or a full mailbox. Trying a different address is often quicker than fighting the filter.

If that fails too, write to us with the address you used and we will look at what happened to the mail.
