Setting up how you appear and how Artmire behaves for you.
Account in your account menu holds everything about you: your picture, your name and contact details, where you are, and how you want Artmire to look and behave. One page, one Save Changes button at the bottom.
Choose File uploads one; Remove takes it away again. JPG, PNG or WebP, up to 5 MB — anything else is refused with a message saying why, rather than failing quietly.
Your picture and name are public where you interact with people: sellers see them when you message them, and they appear beside any review you leave. Everything else on this page is private.
Sellers price delivery by destination country, so your country decides the shipping costs and Free Shipping tags you see while browsing — but only as a fallback. If you have a default delivery address, that address's country wins. Setting one is the more reliable way to see accurate prices.
Preferred Language and Preferred Currency are here too. The language switcher in the header changes what you are reading straight away; this is where the preference is kept for your account.
The Change Password section is part of the same page. Leave both fields blank and your password is untouched — filling them in is what changes it. A new password must be at least 8 characters, and the two fields have to match.
Note the difference: sign-up accepts 6 characters, but changing your password here requires 8. If a new password is rejected as too short, that is why.
Your email address is shown here but cannot be edited in the form: it is your sign-in and the address every notification goes to, so it changes through its own Change Email button, with your password and a confirmation by email.
Nothing is applied until you press Save Changes, and everything on the page is saved together — picture, details, preferences and any password change in one go. You will get a confirmation when it has worked.
