Your shop settings

When Artmire pays you, and which emails your shop sends you.

Two things live on this page, and neither is about how your shop looks: when you get paid, and which emails Artmire sends you about your shop. Nothing here is visible to a buyer.

When you get paid

Three choices, and one of them is already selected — Every Monday, marked *Default*, which is what your shop uses until you change it.

All three wait the same seven days. The choice is not about being paid sooner — it decides whether the money arrives as one payment or several. Weekly and monthly group orders together; the first pays each one separately.

Under the three, a line tells you what your choice means in practice: *"If a parcel arrived today, you would be paid on…"* with the actual date. It moves as you click, so you can compare the three before saving.

Why the clock starts at delivery

Not when you post the parcel, and not when the buyer pays: the seven days run from the moment the delivery is recorded as arrived. A parcel that takes three weeks to cross a border does not start the clock until it lands.

That is what the wait is for. It is the window in which a buyer who received the wrong thing, or nothing at all, can say so — and it is far easier for everyone if that happens before the money has moved.

Offer emails

A switch. On, and you get an email when a buyer makes an offer on one of your items or answers one of yours.

Worth leaving on. Offers expire on a clock, so one you never noticed is a sale lost to silence rather than to a decision. The red badge on Offers tells you the same thing, but only once you are looking at Artmire.

Chat message emails

The second switch. On, and you get an email when a buyer’s message has been sitting unread for a while.

Saving

Nothing on this page takes effect until you press Save Changes. Leaving without saving keeps what you had, so you can click through the three payout schedules and read their dates without committing to anything.
