Each seller has a public shop with everything they currently have for sale.
Every seller on Artmire has a shop of their own — a single page carrying who they are, what they stand behind, and everything they currently have listed. It is the fastest way to see whether a seller is worth buying from, and the natural place to look once you have found one item you like.
From any item page, the Sellers' Shop button, or the seller's name on their card. Every shop has its own web address, so you can bookmark one or send it to someone.
If the seller has uploaded a shop image it runs across the top of the page. Sellers who have not uploaded one simply do not get a banner — the page starts at their details instead, rather than showing an empty grey block.
On the left: their shop picture and name, their location, and — if they have given them — a phone number and a link to their own website. Under that is their record, in three counts:
Their star rating sits here too, with the number of reviews behind it. These are the same figures shown on the seller's card on each of their item pages, so a seller looks identical wherever you meet them.
The middle column is the seller's own description of their shop — what they deal in, where their pieces come from, how they work. If they wrote it in another language, Translate this description appears underneath; pressing it again brings back their own words.
A shop that is away shows the seller's holiday announcement in its own box, directly under the description. Their items stay browsable and you can still message them, but you cannot order until they are back.
The right-hand column carries the same expandable sections you see on an item page — Shipping, Returns & Exchanges, Cancellations, Customs & Taxes and Payment. They are the seller's terms, and they are identical here and on every one of their listings, because a seller writes them once for the whole shop.
This is the reason a shop page is worth reading before you commit to anything. Reading a seller's returns policy once tells you how returns work on every item they will ever list.
Below the details, everything the seller has listed, twenty to a page. Four controls sit above the grid:
This grid is the one place on Artmire where sold items can be shown deliberately. Everywhere else they are hidden once the last one goes.
At the foot of the page are the reviews buyers have left for this seller, along with any replies the seller has written. A shop with no reviews yet shows no section at all rather than an empty heading — so a missing reviews section means a new seller, not a hidden one.
"This shop is not published yet" means the seller is still setting up. Such a shop appears in no listing and no search; you can only be looking at it because someone sent you the direct link. Wait until it is published before ordering.
If you like what a seller does, their items can go to your favourites one by one, and Ask Seller from any of their listings opens a conversation about that item. There is no follow button — favourites and the shop's web address are how you keep track of a seller you want to come back to.
